•  Birth Certificate - send in a photo or scanned copy

•  Baptism Registration - complete and send in

•  Baptism Godparent form - pastor signature and seal required - each Godparent must send in a form

• Baptism Class for parents and Godparents are scheduled frequently - contact parish secretary to register
